Elizabeth Enck, Founder & CEO
Elizabeth Enck is a design strategist and researcher who has a bit of a thing for “wicked” problems.
She has spent much of the last ten years helping clients with challenges related to customer and employee experiences, from reimagining products and services to designing more purposeful hiring and employee experiences. Before founding Blue Water Workshop, she helped launch and led strategy for the New York office of WAE, a service design consultancy founded in London, which is now part of Globant. She has an MS in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons, where she also serves as a mentor with their Entrepreneurship Lab (eLab).
An explorer at heart, her career has spanned the arts, broadcasting, digital and brand strategy, and service design, developing solutions for a variety of companies and clients from grassroots non-profits to global organizations. She loves hearing people’s stories, creating deeper understanding and empathy around problems, and helping spark new thinking and solutions.
She’s currently going through a “maker phase,” so in her spare time, you’ll find her tinkering with littleBits, which she thinks are pretty amazing.
